Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
Take clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Once reviewed and approved, you may choose one of the following options:
A replacement sent at no additional cost, OR
A refund (excluding shipping charges)
> Note: Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
